Mark Kill - Manager Commercial
Mark has twenty-seven years insurance experience of working in both the company and broker sectors.
Mark joined the SIS team in October 1999 and following a successful period when he was instrumental in the development of the brokerage, Mark was promoted to office manager in August 2007, where he continues to take a hands on roll in developing the brokerage, particularly concentrating on the commercial side of the business.

Fiona Ramsell - Office Administrator HR
Fiona has been working in the insurance industry since 2001, joining SIS in September 2004 as an Insurance Technician.
Following a short break Fiona rejoined the team in May 2007 as the Office Administrator, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the company systems, including compliance with the various regulatory bodies including the FSA.

Fran Tapper - Insurance Technician Accounts & Renewals
Fran joined the SIS team in February 2002, having already spent twenty-one years in the insurance industry.
Her main responsibilities within the team include the preparation of renewals and insurance company accounts.

Carol Cox - Insurance Technician & Marketing Executive Retail
Carol has twenty-seven years industry experience both in the company and broker sectors, including fourteen years at Hill House Hammond.
Knowing the importance of good customer relations Carol is responsible for the marketing of SIS as well as providing customer services for the retail part of the SIS team.

Yvonne Rowsell - Insurance Technician Retail
Yvonne joined the SIS retail insurance team as an Insurance Technician in August 2006, having three years insurance experience in the household sector.
Her responsibilities within the team include quotations of all retail products.
