 Employers Liability insurance an essential requirement for all employers.  It is a requirement by law that all companies that employ one or more people have to have Employers Liability cover for £10,000,000.

It is a legal offence for an employer not to have this cover and to display the Certificate that is issued by insurers as proof that current insurance cover is in place.

Did you know that under current government legislation old certificates must be kept for a period of forty years.
